3. What should a smart shopper be looking for in a designer bag?
Stitching: Inconsistent stitching and sloppy construction in less visible areas, such as the underside of the bag or inside the pockets, are details to look for immediately. Authentic designer bags are more expensive due to carefully crafted construction. They cost more because they are built more complexly. Counterfeit products usually do not have the care of construction that the real item has. If the construction looks simplistic, it's most likely a fake.

Are the pictures posted on the Website is the real item I am receiving?
Yes. But please be note that the color of each image shown on screen is adjusted to industry standard monitor calibration setting. No one single monitor is calibrated with the same color setting especially if the viewing monitor is produced by different manufactures. The purpose of showing the images on screen is for helping our customers in selecting the design they prefer. Due to discrepancies of on-screen images, the product you receive may not appear to have the same color that you viewed on your monitor.
Why do some handbag has what looks like scratches or wrinkles on them?
Major designer makers have stated that scars, scratches, veins and wrinkles are natural markings and are characteristic of full-grain leather products.
4. How long will the shipment / delivery takes?
As most of our products are pre-order item from US or Europe, we shall confirm the stock availability with our supplier then follow by preceding the order after the 50% deposit is received. Approx. delivery lead time shall be 3-4 weeks upon confirmation. Also, please note that sometimes orders are slowed down by custom procedures. Customs is entitled to hold the package at random until they feel that all requirements for importation are met. b.authentique is not responsible for any delay beyond our control. b.authentique is not responsible for any duties and/or import taxes resulted from international shipments.
Once the order arrived at b. authentique, we shall deliver the bag to our value customer within 1-2 days. The charges for local delivery are:
Penang State 1day - Free of charge
West Malaysia 1-2days - RM20
East Malaysia 2-3days - RM50
* Both of the above are depends on the courier service charged.
5. Are your prices lower than other retail stores?
Yes. We acquire our products through direct bulk purchases, special promotions, overstocks, and by teaming up with top worldwide distributors of brand name handbags and accessories. We have a guarantee of authenticity from our distributors and we pass the same on to you.

Some important information that you should know before purchasing your new handbags.
First of all, the Gucci dust cover has changed this year from the silky brown to the new gold with Gucci on the front. The material of the dustcover is cotton and not that silky material from past years.
Our discounted handbags may not be exactly same style, size, or color as the bags in stores and boutiques because they may be the last season production. For example each season Gucci Horsebit hobo changes in some way, like this season there are stitches across the bottom of the bag, last season they weren't there. If you compare your Gucci with a Gucci on the shelf at Gucci store, there will most likely be differences and this is not because it is not authentic, which is not the case, it is just a last season version of the bag and it is not the same as the current season being sold in a Gucci store or another high end retailer. In Las Vegas they are currently carrying the large Gucci Horsebit hobo with brown stitching, while in New York they are carrying the large Gucci Horsebit with cream stitching on the handle, these small details vary from location to location.
5. Do you accept refunds?
As effective from January 2010, most of our supplier do not accept return. Since it is impossible for refund & exchange, b.authentique regret to inform that by placing order with us, you are acknowledging that your order is considered a Final Sales.
